A deeply nourishing nervous system reset and spiritual healing session designed first to relax and center, and then energize and clear meridians, energy bodies, and chakras. If you are feeling run-down, frayed, mentally overwhelmed, or deeply fatigued, this is a great opportunity to nurture your energy system in a big way without needing to "dive" too deep into any specific issues, though often there is still a transformative effect from having the energy bodies cleared. This session concludes with some energetic integration to bring coherence to a newly refreshed system. Rachel may use VortexHealing® Divine Energy Healing, Reiki, or channel Mary Magdalene. This session works more on specific areas where you would like clarity, space, healing, or release. Rachel is an empathic, compassionate listener who will talk with you about your goals, share your grief, and hold space for the Mystery of our myriad experiences in this life. Her goal is to become an open channel for Reiki, VortexHealing® Divine Energy Healing, and Mary Magdalene as they are needed, and with her intuitive sense of your energy system and issues presented, can help to gain clarity about where these energies are working with you to release conditioning, awaken through ego identification, nourish you, or create movement. The healing power of these sessions does not come from Rachel, as she is only the medium for these divine energies initiating an alchemical process of transformation, healing, and awakening.
